MEMBER VOLUNTEERS for 2022 – 2023 MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE POSITIONS

 We have 1 volunteer opening on the Management Committee still open for the 2022- 2023 year. The Management Committee is an all-volunteer group of members, serving from July to June, meeting monthly.   Monthly Committee meetings are held via ZOOM.   Our goal is to have back up to each Management position, so members are still free to travel or serve as back up in the case of unexpected illness.

COMMUNICATIONS – To work with our current Communications Director in writing and organizing the Club monthly newsletters and other communications to members. Office Word familiarity required.

 VOLUNTEER FOR ASSISTING WITH CLUB EVENTS AT KAY MEEK

Volunteers are needed at our monthly Member Events at Kay Meek Arts Centre to assist our House Committee in setting up refreshments, and greeting and checking in guests.  If you are interested to volunteer to assist for one or more of these events please contact Fran Hodgkins or Joanne Pugh on our House Committee at eventswprobusnsvan@gmail.com  and let them know when you can be available.
